Legal
Terms
Like the privacy notice, this page is not finished. Unreviewed terms that look real are worse than an honest gap.

Reviewed terms are a launch requirement and will replace this page before accounts are generally available. The sections below set out what they will cover.
1. Who these terms are with
The contracting company, its registered details, and how to contact it.
2. Your account
Eligibility, one account per person, keeping credentials secure, and what happens if an account is shared.
3. Circles and roles
That a Circle has one owner, who is the person who created it, what each of the three roles can do, and what happens to a Circle if its owner leaves or their account is closed.
4. Your material
That you keep ownership of what you upload, the limited licence we need in order to store, display and process it for you, and that this licence ends when you delete it.
5. What you may upload
That you must have the right to upload it, the rules on other people’s images, and what is prohibited.
6. Created versions
Who owns a restored or reframed version, how it is labelled, and that it never replaces your original.
7. Likeness and consent
That preserving a recognisable person’s likeness requires their explicit consent, who is responsible for obtaining it, and what happens when it is withdrawn.
8. Plans, credits and payment
What a plan includes, how credits are bought and consumed, that credits are for creation only, refunds, price changes, and what happens to a Circle if a subscription lapses.
9. Availability
That the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, planned maintenance, and what we do about data during an outage.
10. Suspension and termination
Grounds for suspending an account, notice, and how to export material before an account closes.
11. Liability
The limits of our liability, and the consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
12. Complaints and governing law
How to complain, the governing law, and the jurisdiction for disputes.
Two commitments we are willing to state now, and expect to be held to in the final terms: your originals remain yours, and if a subscription lapses your Circle becomes read-only rather than being deleted.
